For more than 16 years Vojislav Glavinić has been managing some of the most successful companies in Serbia. VP Delta Holding, VP Delhaize Europe, CEO C marketed and Pekabeta AD, CFO Delta Maxi Group are some of the assignments he has successfully managed.

He has lead some of the biggest transactions in the region, such as sell out of Delta Maxi Group for EUR 932,5 million or M&A of the regional companies – Piccadilly Bulgaria, Tropic B&H, ELA Montenegro, Euromax Albania etc.

Vojislav has managed companies with more than 15.000 employees and EUR 1.5 billion turnover. He has also managed a real estate business, valued over EUR 1 billion, successful reconstruction of Crown Plaza hotel (for more than EUR 40 million). Moreover, in line with projects, he has been developing people.

Recenltly, he has been working in consultancy, helping companies to improve its performances and business, to find strategic partners or enlarge its portfolio. At the same time, he has been cooperated also with the foreign companies, in Serbia and region, such as Ahold Delhaize, Carefour Mirinopulos, Matijevic, Aroma, Aman ,Viva Fresh, Dunav Export-Import, IM Topola, Carnex etc.

Remarkable business results those company made under his consultancy, success of the projects he managed, great experience and know-how that he accumulated throughout his portfolio and numerous business contacts he made, has made and authority and integrity, that Mr. Glavinic is described by today at the market.
