With over 20 years of professional experience in the field of human resources, Ivona Simić is a recognized HR consultant specialized in employee development, strategic HR advisory, and organizational transformation.

Throughout her career, she has collaborated with numerous institutions, international organizations, private companies, and the civil sector on projects involving HR policy development, talent selection, training, career planning, and organizational culture enhancement.

Her rich portfolio includes roles such as HR director of Wurth and McCann Serbia, HR Consultant of the World Bank, HR Advisor on GIZ and USAID projects, Chairperson of AmCham HR forum.

Ivona is known for her competence-based approach to employee evaluation and development, combining deep expertise with practical solutions, providing organizations with support in establishing modern HR systems and fostering a culture of continuous learning. She holds Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Political Sciences and speaks the Serbian, English and Greek language.
